By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. *** ### 1. Definitions & Scope * **Services**: All tools, applications, data, software, and interfaces provided by us that give access to decentralized staking, unstaking, lending and borrowing functionality. * **Protocol**: Decentralized smart contracts for peer-to-peer digital asset transactions. * **Digital Assets**: Cryptocurrencies, tokens, coins, and blockchain-based assets. * **Company Content**: Intellectual property owned or licensed by Echo. * **Wallet**: User’s digital asset wallet or address. * **Restricted Person**: Defined location or entity prohibited from using the Services. *** ### 2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Site or Services, you: * Acknowledge you have read and understood this Agreement; * Agree you are not a *Restricted Person* (see Section 8 below); * Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. None of the Site or Services are offered to persons or entities who are Restricted Persons. *** ### 3. Eligibility You may use the Site and Services only if: 1. You can form a binding contract with us; 2. You comply with all applicable laws, treaties, and regulations; 3. If under age of majority, you use Services only with supervision/consent; 4. You understand the risks associated with decentralized financial protocols; 5. You don’t attempt to circumvent restrictions using VPNs or anonymization tools. *** ### 4. Wallet Use & Responsibilities * Connecting your Wallet is required for interacting with the Protocol. * We **do not control**, store, or manage private keys — you are solely responsible for securing them. * You agree to notify us if your linked Wallet is compromised. * You acknowledge that we may restrict or suspend your access for any reason. *** ### 5. Access & Rights * You are granted a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable** right to use the Site & Services. * Rights granted are subject to this Agreement and may be revoked at any time. * The Services are non-custodial; your Digital Assets remain under your control via your private keys. *** ### 6. Acceptable Use You agree **not to**: * Copy, exploit, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site or Services; * Modify or reverse engineer any part of the Site; * Transmit spam, malware, viruses, or harmful code; * Interfere with infrastructure integrity; * Collect or harvest personal information without consent; * Use the Services to transmit assets derived from criminal activities; * Use automated agents (bots) without permission. *** ### 7. Fees & Costs * Users are responsible for **all blockchain transaction fees** (gas costs) associated with interactions on the Protocol. * Fee estimates provided on the Site are not guaranteed and may change. *** ### 8. Restricted Use & Restricted Persons You may **not** use the Site or Services if you are: * A resident, citizen, located in, formed or organized in any country embargoed or sanctioned by relevant authorities (e.g., US, UK, EU sanctions lists; UN embargoes). * Blocked or denied by government, regulatory or enforcement authority. * Any such person/entity considered a “*Restricted Person*”. *(This overlaps with the restricted countries/locations you requested earlier.)* *** ### 9. No Professional Advice * All content is informational only and **not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice**. * You should consult your own professional advisors for decisions based on the information. *** ### 10. Security Acknowledgement * Blockchain networks are open-source and can contain flaws or bugs. * You acknowledge risks including loss of funds if private keys are lost — protocol provides no recovery mechanism. * The Protocol’s underlying blockchains may fork, change rules, or incur technological risks beyond our control. *** ### 13. Third-Party Content * The Site may contain links to third parties. * Echo does not endorse or guarantee any third-party content, services, or transactions. * Any dealings with such third parties are solely between you and that party. *** ### 14. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Echo and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses arising from: * Your use of the Site or Services; * Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law; * Any User Content you submit. *** ### 15. No Warranty The Site and Services are provided “**as is**” and “**as available**” without any warranty. Disclaimer of Liability Echo and its affiliates will not be liable for: * Any regulatory inquiries affecting availability; * Providing updates or security fixes; * Weaknesses in software or underlying networks causing loss or damage. *** ### 17. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge and assume all risks inherent in the use of blockchain networks, smart contracts, and decentralized finance including: * Cryptographic risk, * Network rule changes (forks), * Volatility of Digital Assets, * Loss of private keys.
